Muscat, the port capital of Oman, is nestled along the Gulf of Oman, surrounded by mountains and desert. With a history that stretches back to ancient times, the city showcases a unique blend of modern and traditional architecture and lifestyles. Begin your trip at the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. Next, visit the Bait Al Zubair Museum, followed by a drive to Mutrah Souq. From there, continue to the Old Town (Old Muscat) for an outdoor photo stop at Al Alam Palace, the official residence of His Majesty Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, as well as the Twin Portuguese Forts of Mirani and Jalali. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant (at your own expense). Afterward, we will head to the Royal Opera House. Finally, you'll be dropped off after the trip.
