    Head towards Jebel Shams, Oman’s highest peak, known as the “Mountain of the Sun.” The drive is scenic, winding through rugged terrain and dramatic cliffs. Upon arrival, pause for lunch at a local resort or picnic with a view. Spend the afternoon trekking along the edge of the Wadi Ghul Grand Canyon, often called the "Grand Canyon of Arabia”.

    Bait Al Safah Museum

    Explore Al Hamra, an ancient town nestled at the base of the Al Hajar Mountains. Arrive in the afternoon and proceed to Bait Al Safah Museum, a beautifully restored mud-brick house that serves as a living museum. Inside, you'll be welcomed by locals who demonstrate traditional Omani household crafts and daily life, such as bread-making, coffee grinding, and date preparation, providing a unique cultural insight. Wander through the narrow alleys of Al Hamra, admire the traditional architecture of its multi-story mud houses, and enjoy a relaxed stroll before continuing your journey.

    Misfat Al Abriyeen

    Continue to Misfat Al Abriyeen is a beautiful and historic mountain village located in the Al Dakhiliyah region near the town of Al Hamra. Nestled on the slopes of the Hajar Mountains. Walking through it's narrow, shaded alleys offers a glimpse into traditional Omani life. Return back to Muscat after the trip.
